Vikram is a global business leader with extensive experience in large-scale industries across North America, Europe, and Asia. His leadership journey includes serving as CEO of Mahindra Tractors and Gromax Agri Equipment Ltd., along with senior roles at JCB and Lafarge (now Holcim Group), where he oversaw multi-million-dollar businesses and drove strategic expansion. Beyond his corporate leadership, Vikram has contributed to several leadership roles, including serving on the Advisory Board of the American School of Bombay and as the Chairman of a government urban development body in the USA. With an MBA from Yale and degrees in engineering and marketing, he brings a well-rounded skill set in operations, mergers & acquisitions, and business transformation. He is also a Charter Member of TiE Network and other Angel Networks.
Chief Operating Officer
Sandeep Bathla serves as the Chief Operating Officer at Imperial Auto, leading the company’s manufacturing operations, plant quality, and sourcing functions across all regions. He brings extensive expertise in operations, plant management, strategic sourcing, and business transformation. Prior to joining Imperial Auto, he served as the Executive Director and Chief Operating Officer at Plasser India. He has also held senior leadership roles at Blue Star Ltd., Motherson Sintermetal Technology Ltd., Bharat Gears Ltd., Eicher Tractors and Escorts Claas Ltd., contributing to operational excellence and business growth. Sandeep holds a Doctor of Philosophy from European International University, Paris, and a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the National Institute of Technology (NIT), Kurukshetra.
Chief Financial Officer
Dilip Tuli joined Imperial Auto in 2022, bringing 20 years of experience in driving improvements in finance, operations, and strategy. Prior to joining Imperial Auto, Dilip was a partner with PwC and set up the value creation practice in India, working with clients to improve profitability and growth. Dilip was a Director at KPMG, and managed transactions in the logistics and industrials sectors. He has been part of leadership teams driving operational turnaround and strategy at two SoftBank investee companies, Snapdeal and Housing.com. Dilip is a CA, CFA and holds a B.Com degree from Shri Ram College of Commerce, University of Delhi.
Chief People Officer
Prashant Srivastava is the Chief People Officer at Imperial Auto Industries, leading the company’s people and culture agenda and driving strategic HR initiatives across the organization. With over 25 years of experience in human resources, industrial relations, administration, and organizational development, he brings extensive expertise across manufacturing and corporate environments. Prior to joining Imperial Auto, he served as Senior Vice President – HR, Admin & CSR at Greenlam Industries and held leadership roles at Orient Electric, TNT Logistics, Schneider Electric, Tyco, and Alstom. Prashant is an alumnus of XISS Ranchi and is known for building high-performing and people-centric organizations.
Executive Vice President – Industrial Relations
Manoj Batra has been with Imperial Auto since 2005. Manoj has, over his 21-year tenure, developed and standardized key HR operations such as talent management, resource planning, employee training and management, compensation programs, aided by his legal expertise. He holds a Master’s degree in HR and a Post-Graduate Diploma in IR and PM.
Senior Vice President- Strategy and International Business
Kunal Ahuja is a seasoned business leader with over 30 years of experience spanning strategy, operations, business transformation, and organizational development. He brings extensive expertise in driving operational excellence, leading cross-functional teams, implementing process improvements, and leveraging data-driven decision-making to accelerate business growth. Prior to joining Imperial Auto, Kunal served as Managing Director & CEO at Global Autotech and Deputy Managing Director at Hanon Systems. Kunal holds a Bachelor’s degree in Production & Industrial Engineering from Delhi College of Engineering, a Post-Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM) in International Business from AIMA, and an Advanced Diploma in Systems Management from NIIT.
Executive Vice President – Sales and Marketing
Sunil Kumar Gupta joined Imperial Auto in 2000 and has been responsible for expanding and securing domestic business across on-highway and off-highway segments. Sunil has 25+ years of experience across automotive, white goods, consumer utility businesses. He holds a Master’s degree in Marketing in addition to a diploma in export and import.
Head of Innovation and Development
Tejas Kumar Bhat leads Innovation and Development at Imperial Auto Industries, driving product innovation, strategic growth, and business transformation initiatives. With over 17 years of experience, he brings expertise in product development, research & development, program management, and innovation across the automotive sector. Before joining Imperial Auto, he held key leadership roles at Mahindra & Mahindra, Toyota Kirloskar Motors, VECV, and Elecon. A mechanical engineer with multiple business certifications, Tejas Kumar is recognized for delivering customer-centric solutions and fostering innovation-led growth.

Sagar Garg is the Chief Digital Information Officer at Imperial Auto Industries, responsible for driving the company’s digital transformation and technology-led business growth initiatives. He brings extensive experience in digital strategy, enterprise modernization, automation, and data-driven decision-making across the automotive, manufacturing, and consumer sectors. Prior to joining Imperial Auto, Sagar held leadership positions at KPMG, PwC, and Grant Thornton, where he led large-scale technology transformation and advisory engagements. He has a strong track record of enabling organizations to realize measurable business value through technology investments. Sagar holds a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) from National Institute of Technology (NIT), Kurukshetra and an MBA from IIFT Delhi.

Sonam Kumar Sinha is the Head of Business Transformation at Imperial Auto and leads SJ Rubbers, driving its next phase of growth. He is responsible for leading organization-wide transformation initiatives that strengthen operational excellence and business performance across the Group. With over 35 years of experience, including over two decades in leadership roles, Sonam has held senior executive positions across the automotive industry. Prior to joining Imperial Auto, he served as Group CEO at Bony Polymers and Flash Electronics. Sonam is an alumnus of the Tata Leadership Program at the Michigan Ross School of Business. He holds a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech), a Post Graduate Diploma in Materials Management (PGDMM), an Executive MBA, and is a certified Independent Director from the Indian Institute of Corporate Affairs (IICA).
