Vikram Wagh

Managing Director & Chief Executive Officer

Vikram is a global business leader with extensive experience in large-scale industries across North America, Europe, and Asia. His leadership journey includes serving as CEO of Mahindra Tractors and Gromax Agri Equipment Ltd., along with senior roles at JCB and Lafarge (now Holcim Group), where he oversaw multi-million-dollar businesses and drove strategic expansion. Beyond his corporate leadership, Vikram has contributed to several leadership roles, including serving on the Advisory Board of the American School of Bombay and as the Chairman of a government urban development body in the USA. With an MBA from Yale and a strong foundation in engineering and marketing, he brings his well-rounded expertise in operations, mergers & acquisitions, and business transformation. He is also a Charter Member of TiE Network and other Angel Networks.

Tarun Lamba
Tarun Lamba

Vice-Chairman & Non-Executive Director

Tarun Lamba joined Imperial Auto in 1990. Under his leadership, the company expanded its polymer operations by adding new facilities and capabilities for extrusion and moulding and has been recognized for its achievements by various industry bodies such as Cummins, Daimler, Eicher Engines, CNH and John Deere. In the early 2000s, Mr. Lamba took Imperial global by starting exports to existing global clients,expanding the company’s reach. He spent the initial years of his career training with hose manufacturing companies in Japan. He holds an Engineering degree in Polymers from MIT,Pune.

Dilip Tuli
Dilip Tuli

Chief Financial Officer

Dilip Tuli joined Imperial Auto in 2022, bringing 20 years of experience in driving improvements in finance, operations, and strategy. Prior to joining Imperial Auto,Dilip was a partner with PwC and set up the Value Creation practice, in India, working with clients to improve profitability and growth. Mr. Tuli was a Director at KPMG, and managed transactions in the Logistics and Industrials sectors. He has been part of leadership teams driving operational turnaround and strategy at two SoftBank investee companies, Snapdeal and Housing.com, Dilip is a CA, CFA and holds a B. Com degree from Sri Ram College of Commerce (Delhi University).

Sai Iyer

Executive Vice President – International Business

Sai Iyer leads the business development and growth of Imperial Auto in international markets. He joined IAI in 2005 and over the past 18 years he has helped Imperial expand from to North America, Europe and some regions in South America. Prior to this, Mr. Iyer headed international business for Gardex, an agriculture components manufacturer, in the American and European markets. He holds an MBA Degree in International Business and started his career in Telecom and IT industry with Advertising and Brand Building.

Sunil Gupta
Sunil Kumar Gupta

Executive Vice President – Sales & Marketing Domestic Business

Sunil Kumar Gupta joined Imperial Auto in 2000, and has been responsible for expanding and securing Domestic Business across On Highway and Off Highway segments. Mr. Gupta has 25+ years of experience across Automotive, White goods, Consumer Utility Business. He holds a Master’s Degree in Marketing additionally to diploma in Export and Import.

Deepak Mittal
Deepak Malik

Executive Vice President – Operations

Deepak Malik has been with Imperial Auto since 1998. During his 24-year tenure, he has worked across several operational fields like quality control, SQI, Purchase, Product Development and Manufacturing in various roles, from engineer to operations head, in 2020. He has also made significant improvements to the operational standards in the Metal and Tube Assembly sector. Mr. Malik holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering.

Tejas Kumar Bhat leads New Product Development at Imperial Auto Industries, driving product innovation, strategic growth, and business transformation initiatives. With over 17 years of experience, he brings expertise in product development, research & development, program management, and innovation across the automotive sector. Before joining Imperial Auto, he held key leadership roles at Mahindra & Mahindra, Toyota Kirloskar Motors, VECV, and Elecon. A Mechanical Engineer with multiple business certifications, Tejas Kumar is recognized for delivering customer-centric solutions and fostering innovation-led growth.

Chief Digital Officer

Sagar Garg is the Chief Digital Officer at Imperial Auto Industries, responsible for driving the company’s digital transformation and technology-led business growth initiatives. He brings extensive experience in digital strategy, enterprise modernization, automation, and data-driven decision-making across the automotive, manufacturing, and consumer sectors. Prior to joining Imperial Auto, Sagar held leadership positions at KPMG, PricewaterhouseCoopers, and Grant Thornton, where he led large-scale technology transformation and advisory engagements. He has a strong track record of enabling organizations to realize measurable business value through technology investments. Sagar holds a B.Tech from NIT Kurukshetra and an MBA from IIFT Delhi.

Prashant Srivastava

Chief People Officer

Prashant Srivastava is the Chief People Officer at Imperial Auto Industries, leading the company’s people and culture agenda and driving strategic HR initiatives across the organization. With over 25 years of experience in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Administration, and Organizational Development, he brings extensive expertise across manufacturing and corporate environments. Prior to joining Imperial Auto, he served as Senior Vice President – HR, Admin & CSR at Greenlam Industries and held leadership roles at Orient Electric, TNT Logistics, Schneider Electric, Tyco, and Alstom. Prashant is an alumnus of XISS Ranchi and is known for building high-performing and people-centric organizations.

Manoj Batra
Manoj Batra

Executive Vice President – Industrial Relations

Manoj Batra has been with Imperial Auto since 2005. Mr. Batra has, over his 17-year tenure, developed and standardized key HR operations such as talent management, resource planning, employee training and management, compensation programs, aided by his legal expertise. He holds a Master’s Degree in HR and a Post-Graduate Diploma in IR and PM.
