IAI organises Quality Circle Competition for all the plants

Imperial Auto is proud to announce the successful organization of its 2nd Inter-Plant Quality Circle Competition for the financial year 2021-2022. The competition was held virtually in January 2022 and featured participation from 23 teams.

The competition aims to encourage and recognize the efforts of our employees in implementing quality improvements in their respective plants. We believe that through this competition, we can foster a culture of continuous improvement and help our organization achieve its goals.

We are grateful for the support of the jury members from leading organizations Escort Kubota, Kognoz Consulting, and the ex-CII Counsellor. Their expertise and experience helped to evaluate the performance of the teams and identify the top three winners. These winners were awarded for their achievements in Best Performance and Best Presentation categories.

We would like to extend our appreciation to all the participants for their hard work and dedication in putting their knowledge and experience into action. Their efforts have helped our organization to save a significant amount of resources and improve our overall performance.
